Processing Time

All orders are typically processed within 1–3 working days.

Processing excludes weekends and bank holidays.

During busy periods (new releases, restocks), dispatch times may be slightly longer.

We currently ship to UK addresses only.

Typical delivery options:

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on order weight/size.

If you select a tracked service, a tracking number will be sent via email once your order has been dispatched.

If a delivery attempt is missed, it is the customer’s responsibility to rearrange delivery or collect from the courier’s depot.

Uncollected parcels returned to us may incur a re-delivery fee.

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can resolve the issue.

We are not responsible for delayed or lost parcels caused by incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
