Refund policy

1. No Returns on Bait Products

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on:

  • Hookbaits

  • Pop-Ups

  • Wafters

  • Liquids, dips & “Juice” products

  • Dusts, powders & additives

  • Oils, sprays & boosters

  • Any food-grade or perishable angling products

This is because our bait products fall under perishable, consumable and hygiene-sensitive goods, which are exempt from standard return laws.

Once these products leave our premises, we cannot resell them for health, safety, and quality-control reasons.

2. No Refunds for ‘Change of Mind’

We do not offer refunds if:

  • You no longer want the item

  • You ordered the wrong product or flavour

  • You changed your mind

  • You expected a different result (e.g., catch rate, colour, scent strength)

All sales are final once your order is placed.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items (We Will Replace)

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Leaking

  • Incorrect

  • Missing items

We will send a replacement at no extra cost.

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the issue

  • A brief description

Replacement only — no monetary refunds unless we cannot replace the item.

4. Lost Parcels

If a parcel is confirmed lost by the courier, we will:

  • Send a replacement
    or

  • Issue store credit

No cash refunds are offered.

5. Custom or Limited Editions

Products created in small batches, custom runs, or limited drops are:

  • Non-returnable

  • Non-refundable

  • Final sale only

6. Legal Compliance

This policy complies with UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations regarding:

  • Perishable goods

  • Hygiene-sensitive goods

  • Custom-made or personalised products

These categories are exempt from standard change-of-mind returns.
